Our meetings are held on the first Thursday at 9:30 A.M., from September through June. We meet at the Northlake Lutheran Church, 6620 NE 185th St., Kenmore 98028.

The speaker for January will be Jaime Diaz.  The presentation is titled "Gardening, Guts, and Brain: Let's dig into these connections". In this session the health benefits of gardening and the impact it has on your brain, your guts and your microbiome will be discussed.
